    Page Personnel are recruiting for this Accountant role on behalf of a successful property investment & management business based in Salford.Our client assists investors in acquiring properties for development or rental purposes and assists with the financial management of these portfolios.Our client offers a supportive environment & inclusive culture where all decisions are made collaboratively.

    Job Description

    Accountant duties will include:* Developing finance models for client investments.
    * Preparing quarterly and year-end accounts.
    * Producing weekly and monthly client reporting.
    * Assembling periodic financial reports.
    * Reconciling bank accounts and other month-end procedures.
    * Addressing any office-related issues.
    * Ensuring regulatory compliance.
    * Monitoring the financial and property systems.
    * Processing invoices and VAT returns.

    The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record within a similar role
  • Be part qualified with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
