Manages the local IT function

About the role:

We are looking to recruit an IT Account Lead based in Northern Ireland, whom will be responsible for delivery and growth of key customers – where a contracted role for IT delivery exists, service ownership into those customers, and a point of contact within key accounts. Leading ring fenced team(s).

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Own and deliver within the cost base for assigned customers
  • Own the (matrix) Service Delivery Management and ultimately service delivery for customers
  • Own the Programme Delivery for Customers, working with the TTS delivery capability
  • Own and manage the ‘ring-fenced’ or account aligned services, leveraging shared services as far as possible – in a matrix organisation
  • Be the champion for customer during major issues or incidents
  • Develop a high performing Account Team and instil a culture of continuous improvement
