Accounts Assistant needed for an established construction, refurbishment and maintenance company in their busy accounts team.

They are looking for:
A self-motivated individual who is organized and has the ability to work under pressure within the finance department.
Has previous experience in a similar industry
Lives with daily commute to Head Office just north of Watford
Accurate with a keen sense of deadline awareness
Positive attitude and can work well within the team
Knowledge of microsoft office and sound administrative skills
Knowledge of: Sage Line 50, Eque2, PaperLess and construction is desirable.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Code and input supplier/subcontractor invoices on system
Resolve queries raised on invoices in a timely manner
Process payment runs to suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure all deadlines are met
Ad hoc administrative duties as the business requires
