Accounts Assistant needed for an established construction, refurbishment and maintenance company in their busy accounts team.

They are looking for:

  • A self-motivated individual who is organized and has the ability to work under pressure within the finance department.
  • Has previous experience in a similar industry
  • Lives with daily commute to Head Office just north of Watford
  • Accurate with a keen sense of deadline awareness
  • Positive attitude and can work well within the team
  • Knowledge of microsoft office and sound administrative skills
  • Knowledge of: Sage Line 50, Eque2, PaperLess and construction is desirable.
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Code and input supplier/subcontractor invoices on system
  • Resolve queries raised on invoices in a timely manner
  • Process payment runs to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as the business requires
