My client is a well-established FinTech organisation based in Greater Manchester who are looking for two CRM manager positions to join their growth team, on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role

You will be part of a larger marketing team with, with responsibility specifically for all manner of CRM activities and the primary role to optimise campaign activity for the existing customer database through analysis of trends and customer segments. Your objective will be increasing customer lifetime value, engagement and building long term relationships which are personalised, proactive and predictive.

Alongside CRM activities, an aspect of this role will involve account management, As a member of the Marketplace and New Business team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for several of B2B partners in embedded finance.

You will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments of customer journeys and marketingmunications to enhance conversion rates.
What you’ll need to succeed

As a successful candidate you will have proficiency in cultivating strong client connections with the ability to identify promising avenues for expansion, and a sharp talent for recognising outstanding marketing initiatives. You’ll have strong organisational skills, as well as greatmunication skills, and have a proven track record of utilising CRM strategy for business development/growth.

You will be able to build rules and algorithms in the CRM console to deliver targeted automatedms and work collaboratively with the wider marketing teams. Experience in the financial / technology industry is preferred but not essential.
