Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a German speaking Accounts Assistant for a growing and highly flexible employer based in the outskirts on Newport.

Duties

  • Work with finance managers across the region to maintain control of all customer billing schedules
  • Generate invoices and account statements to send to customers
  • Apply payments received from customers to invoices in a timely manner
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records
  • Produce monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries with customers or internal stakeholders
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis
  • Support ad hoc activities as required, assistance with Annual Audit
  • Assist in Month End closing when necessary
  • Salary up to £28,000 with hybrid working (two days office three at home) bonus and generous benefits.
