Job summary

The MSK service are looking for anenthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our admin team and providereception cover for the Physiotherapy Service Hub based at the EveshamCommunity Hospital in Evesham.

The post holder will play an important rolewithin the team to provide efficient and comprehensive admin support to theclinicians and managers in the MSK Service.Your role will include register referrals onto the computer, bookingappointments and meeting and greeting patients.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will provide an efficient,confidential and professional reception and administrative service to thePhysiotherapy team. This will include meet and greet during clinic hours andadministration and secretarial support to enable provision of patient care andspeciality services. The role requires good written and verbal communicationwith patients, relatives, general practitioners and other hospital staff.

The ideal candidate will work professionally to a highstandard and be able to work to deadlines to meet targets. The post holder willneed to be able to work within a team but also on their own and use initiativein a logical and methodical way maintaining attention to detail but be able tomulti-task whilst dealing with interruptions
