Project / Senior QS required ASAP for contractor on £2m project in York ***Outside Scope of IR35 – Limited Company Working***

My client is a London-based International Sub-Contractor with a £2m raised flooring package in York on a prestigious new build residential development.

They require a Project or Senior level QS to run the package as a stand-alone Commercial Lead.

You’ll come from a contracting background – either specialist sub-contractor or main contractor background with experience of managing Interiors / Fit Out packages, preferably raised flooring etc.

The role is site-based with potential for flexible working and will run for around a year on a freelance basis.
