We have a very successful Events department, running over events a year, across the globe and we have an exciting opportunity for an Event Operations Coordinator to join this busy and dynamic department. Key Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Research suitable conference, dinner, drinks and award ceremony venues, working with the Event Operations Manager to determine the best option
  • Work with the Event Operations Manager to negotiate and contract the venues 
  • Manage the events onsite and direct the necessary support to ensure the successful execution of the events
  • Travel internationally 
  • Demonstrate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors
  • Produce and file important documentation pertaining to each event
  • Conduct pre-and-post event evaluations with team members and report on the findings
