This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join Stockport Foundation Trust, supporting the Continence Service in Integrated Care.

This role requires a highly organised person with the ability to prioritise their workload, work effectively within a busy service and communicate well at all levels.

In this vital role you will provide comprehensive confidential administrative services, including liaising with clients. Work is varied, interesting and sometimes challenging and requires someone who has a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast paced environment.

You will be scheduling appointments, answering patient queries, arranging and coordinating meetings, taking minutes and managing busy diaries for the Continence Service staff.

With your previous experience of working in a busy office based environment, you should have the ability to demonstrate accurate working and be able to work well as part of a team.

The Continence Service is a very friendly team and the work is varied and interesting.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will demonstrate good organisational skills and have the ability to plan and undertake additional work as required.

Undertake duties delegated by management, using own initiative, and working without supervision.

To provide a courteous and diplomatic point for enquiries.

The post holder must be able to maintain a total level of confidentiality and be able to understand and act on information.

The post holder will be familiar with a full range of clerical/secretarial tasks and undertake specific duties.
