The Role: Head of Investment Proposition – 12 month fixed term contract
M&G Wealth which sits in the Retail & Savings division of M&G plc, covers all our growth products within the UK retail market. This includes life and pension products as well as our investment platform, model portfolio service and financial advice solutions. M&G has a broad range of product, investment and distribution capabilities allowing it to design and deliver products and services that meet customers needs and objectives.
The Head of Investment Proposition will be joining the Proposition and Marketing function for M&G Wealth who are responsible for proposition strategy, management, marketing and delivery. The Proposition team is responsible for overseeing and managing ongoing product management as well as the technical elements of new product developments across M&G Wealth. This role will be required to work with various stakeholders across the M&G organisation.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
Key Skills and Experience:
You will have a deep understanding of the wealth investment market with both technical andmercial knowledge, including with-profits, personal pensions, investment bonds, individual savings accounts, discretionary investment management and investment platforms.
You will have excellent organisational, negotiation,munication, and stakeholder management skills. You will be required to collaborate with senior stakeholders across a large and multi-disciplined organisation.
