An exciting opportunity to join a successful automotive business in Winchester. You will become an integral part of the sales team and deal with after sales within the organisation.

Your main tasks will be;

  • Meeting and greeting customer

  • Booking and Loading customer vehicles onto the workshop dealer management system.

  • Invoicing including explanation of all work undertaken to the customer

  • Explanation of repairs and work completed on caravans and motorhomes to the customer on their return

  • Managing and progress chasing customer vehicles from initial contact through to booking day

  • To create job cards for the technical team and the ability to explain in detail the job requirements

  • Answering emails to customers Entering warranty claims on the manufactures systems

    • To be successful in this role you must be confident dealing with customers over the phone and in person and have knowledge of MS products.

    Operating hours are am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm.
