We are excited to be partnering with a global manufacturing company in West Oxfordshire to recruit for a PMO Coordinator. This is a newly created role to support the IT Programme Manager in delivering an array of business and IT initiatives.

With hybrid working and fantastic training opportunities, this role has the opportunity to develop into an IT Project Manager so is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career into Digital Transformation!

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources and reports to support the IT Project Management function, ensuring best practices and delivering project initiatives that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify requirements, scope and objectives of reports
  • Support PMO activities gather project plans, resources, reports and information
  • Monitor project timeline, track project activities to completion
  • Support on small projects from inception to delivery
  • Organise and coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to manage expectations, set outcomes
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance to project governance guidelines

  • Up to £35,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in Abingdon)
