Our client is an established UK Retailer and require a passionate Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly ER Team, working hybrid, based in the Redditch area.
As Employee Relations Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to all areas of the business and managing ER cases across their growing Estate. This a 6 month fixed term contract role.

- Have a strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent at managing your work load
- Confident communicator
- Able to travel to the Redditch Head Office as and when required

Overview of the role of Employee Relations Advisor:
- Build and maintain a effective communication loop with the Senior Employee Relations Advisor and People Business Partner to help drive change
- Support People Team projects, both business wide and adhoc
- Supporting managers and keys stakeholders across the group; upskilling and developing line managers through the development, delivery and review of training materials and processes
- Offer guidance and advice on ER issues Including disciplinary, grievance, capability, appeals, absence management, Equality Act, Redundancy, TUPE, change of terms and conditions, probation and flexible working
- Provide ongoing coaching to managers to provide updates, best practice and sharing of knowledge
- Provide consistent and up to date policy compliant advice and guidance to managers and key stakeholders against employment legal and risk framework
Key Information about the role:
- 6 month FTC role
- Basic 5% discretionary bonus (based on company performance)
- Hybrid working- 2 days a week onsite
- 5% EE and 3% ER pension
