Our Senior Retail Sales Advisor bring an infectious enthusiasm to our retail environments which cascades throughout their teams. They coach, motivate, and inspire their colleagues to produce outstanding performance which is demonstrated through a customer experience second to none. They lead from the front and look after our customers on a daily basis guiding them through our sales process from start to finish.
Historically, this role has been based upon a full time position, but as a business, we are focusing on building a more inclusive organisation that enables bringing the right people into the team, therefore we are open to conversations around working more flexibly.
About the role
You will have a demonstrable passion for fantastic customer service and the ability to coach a team to mirror your high standards. Having the desire to learn and the drive to succeed is essential as you will set the standards and the culture of our teams. Ideally you will have experience from a similar industry, whether that be retail or service, but if you have the commitment to engage, coach and develop, and truly connect with a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
