A well-established automotive manufacturing business based in the Midlands, is looking for a Field Sales Engineer to focus on the UK and European sales. With the company rapidly expanding its busy, fast-paced environment with a great work ethic, they are looking for someone who is a go-getter, with a positive attitude who’s keen to bring in new business.

This brand-new position with full product training has a mix of account management and new business.

As Field Sales Engineer, you will be expected to:

  • Deal with external stakeholders paying particular attention to SMEs.
  • Understanding and deciphering customer?£?requirements to offer bespoke solutions.
  • Gain an understanding of the company’s abilities to quote projects accurately.
  • Cradle to grave oversight on all projects.
  • Re-cost scope changes to ensure profitability is maintained.
  • Have experience in a sales role, responsible for maintaining and building new business.

    • The ideal candidate will be experienced within the automotive and engineering industry, with outstanding communication skills on all levels. An engineering qualification or a strong engineering background is also required for this role.

  • Basic salary – up to 35k (depending on experience)
  • Annual Bonus
  • Pension
  • Working hours – Monday to Thursday 8.30am -5.30pm

    • Friday – early finish
