Payroll Assistant

Based in Wombourne

Temporary – Permanent


9.00am – 5.00pm (1 hours lunch)


We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join our client based in Wombourne. This is a great opportunity to join a ‘family feel’ company who truly value their team. If you have payroll experience we would love to hear from you!


  • End to end payroll, including processing holiday and pension.
  • Account reconciliation for month and year end.
  • Processing leavers and new starters.
  • Processing contract changes.
  • Validating Home Office documentation.
  • Organising and maintaining files and database in line with GDPR and privacy policy.
  • Managing communications.
  • General admin support as and when required.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Sage/Xero experience.
  • Able to use Microsoft packages.
  • Punctual.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Aware of data protection and GDPR.
