As a Healthcare Assistant, you will help provide care to individuals with learning disabilities, working across three sites in Kendal.
You’ll receive an annual salary of *£22,984 pro rata plus a welcome bonus of £1,000, the equivalent of 33 days’ annual leave, free meals and parking, and a range of other benefits, including retail discounts and special offers
A typical day could include assisting residents with daily tasks, taking them out for activities, and generally supporting them in their day-to-day lives. Our Kendal sites provide enhanced levels of support for individuals with challenging behavior and high support needs, enabling them to live their everyday lives with as much independence as possible. As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll work 12-hour shifts over 3-4 days, including nights and weekends. We offer flexible working opportunities, and part-time and bank roles are available. *hourly rate £11.05
