Office Angels are recruiting for an experienced Medical Secretary to join a dedicated team, working within a busy clinic.

JOB ROLE: Medical Secretary – TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

COMPANY: Medical Clinic

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday shift- flexible hours

SALARY: £12 per hour

LOCATION: West End, London

CULTURE: Luxury / corporate offices, working within a busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Preparing medical reports for patients

  • Updating secretarial templates

  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing

  • Taking receipt of deliveries

  • Booking rooms for meetings

  • Promptly collecting notes from wards and taking to archive

  • Answering incoming calls and emails and transferring as requirement

  • Dealing with highly confidential information

  • Aware of health and safety policies related to this role

  • Ensure that you report concerns of patient safety to Compliance Manager

    • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times

  • Highly organised nature

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multi- task and work well under pressure

  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Approachable and friendly disposition, dealing with patients
