Location : Kent

Engagement : Freelance

Rate : £270 per day (CIS Self Employed)

An amazing opportunity for an Experience Site Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in Leisure Centre Fit Outs.

Our client is an established contractor who hold an excellent reputation in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Site Manager to join them on a project in Kent.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager Role

  • Deliver projects on time and in budget
  • Oversee all health & safety on the site
  • Managing all site communications
  • Supervising all subcontractors

    • Experience required for this Site Manager Role

  • 5 years minimum experience as a site manager
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid IN DATE
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Great Communication Skills
