A South East Award winning developer is recruiting for a Project Manager in Margate, Kent. The project is a multi-phase residential scheme of around 300 units.
On offer is a base salary of up to £75,000 + package (£6500 car allowance, 35 days annual leave, pension, private healthcare)
Duties include:
Project managing client relationships, as well as internal and external partners
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners.
To Project manage and co-ordinate project team from inception through to completion.
Prepare and collate progress reports
Liaise and create strong partnerships with clients, local authorities and suppliers
Ensure documentation is up to date in line with company requirements
Proactively meet key performance indicators relating to monthly and annual targets, design and programme
Ensure all necessary documentation is received prior to handover and to liaise with commercial, technical, construction, finance, sales and buying teams in accordance with handover arrangements and all relevant procedures.
Communicate all risks that impact on time, cost or quality of a specific project to the Contracts Manager and Construction Director
Work efficiently with the Customer Care Team to monitor and follow up on outstanding defects
Keep up to date with legislation changes and attend training as required
Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Project Manager role within the housebuilding industry
Full UK drivers licence
