If so, we are working on a role with a top tier Lloyds and London Insurance Broker to find their HR Business Partner able to work across a variety of their HR processes and locations.

As this is a small team, youll be responsible for working on various projects. As a result we require someone who has experience not only on BAU but an ability to work cohesively across various projects. As the HR BP for this role, you will be looking after designated business areas to provide the full range of HR support on a variety of matters. This is a full-on, Generalist, hands-on role.   

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting the HR Manager with full partnering of designated business units
  • Working with SMEs (D&I and L&D) in aligning business strategy into various initiatives that affect all facets of the HR process, including D&I, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, and so on
  • Embedding succession planning and promotion into the business
  • Coaching all line managers on Performance Management, Talent Management and overcoming employee related issues
  • Overseeing on all ER issues across the business areas and territories, contributing to developments and changes in policy affecting it where appropriate as well as supporting on complex queries
  • Supporting the Diversity & Inclusivity team through an understanding of governance and best practice
  • It is a requirement that the successful candidate can lead on projects as well as working on the operational piece ?there is no job too small in this role. As a result the right candidate must come from a Financial Services background, but also have a varied and strong background in the type of support and work they provide to the business.

    The successful candidate will, in addition, be able to prioritise across these various deliverables whilst still identifying new ways in which the business can be further optimised, leveraging their expertise as well as the expertise of their cohort to build upon the existing HR processes.? Any qualifications in areas of HR expertise will also be of use.
