Customer Service Advisor – Wigan – Immediate Start

Hales Group are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with excellent administration skills to provide a comprehensive booking service on behalf of our client. You will be booking surveys for business contracts and residential customers.

Duties will include:

* Offering excellent customer service
* Data entry – updating and maintaining records on system
* Scheduling of work

* General administration

To be considered for this role you must;

* Have an excellent level of customer service
* Be an efficient and confident communicator
* Be IT Literate and hard-working
* Ideally have experience within call based customer service

HOURS: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

DURATION: Temporary initially for 8 weeks

LOCATION: Wigan

PAY RATE: Negotiable Depending on Experience
