Robert Half are working with an innovative manufacturing business based in Bradford on Avon who are looking for a personable and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their team. With an excellent reputation in their field, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will represent the business to it’s customers and support the sales office. The client are looking for an individual who is skilled at building long lasting positive relationships both internally and externally.

This is a permanent role, based on site in Bradford on Avon, paying between £20,000-£25,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point for enquiries via phone and email, together with welcoming on site visitors
  • Provide knowledge on products to customers in a timely and detailed manager
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing a solution
  • Generate quotations and follow up on sales leads
  • Maintain accurate databases
  • Raise and process invoices and take payments
  • Manage couriers and shipping
  • Work with national and global customers
  • Offer consistent high level administration
  • Work with the wider business, communicating relevant information
  • Person Specification

  • Ideally experience in a customer service/administration role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills
  • Establishes good working relationships
  • IT literate
