We are keen to speak great personalities, after all this is a people based role!! Our client is experiencing huge growth and needs support within its Customer Service team, you will need to be enthusiastic, upbeat and willing to put the customer at the heart of everything you do!!

You will be responsible for;
*Delivering and maintaining high levels of customer service when responding to customers enquiries within the appropriate response times.
*Taking ownership for each customer query both over the phone and via email, ensuring all enquires are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating to the relevant depart where needed.
*Supporting a collaborative environment across the team and wider business, supporting colleagues to be focused on performance and achieving excellent outcomes
This is a full-time position, on a temp to perm basis with the ability for hours to be flexible on a full time basis across five days per week, Monday to Friday.
Due to location you will require your own transport and will need to be available to start immediately.
