Brunel University London is seeking to recruit a Lecturer (Education) for its Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) Programme for Health Visiting, School Nursing and Occupational Health Nursing, based within the College of Health and Life Sciences. Building on our position as a leading provider of health education programmes, the University instigated a strategic plan for further expansion, to firmly establish the College as both a national and international centre of excellence. Salary (Grade H3): £43,253 – £46,922 per annum inclusive of London weighting with protentional to progress to £55,349 per annum inclusive of London Weighting

They will also be required to support students in practice, visiting them in placement to facilitate the achievement of the SCPHN standards. The successful applicant will have a first degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area; a Masters in a relevant subject area, PhD or appropriate professional qualification in a relevant discipline would be desirable; be a registrant with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a SCPHN specialist practice qualification and clinical experience.

An essential requirement is for the successful applicant to satisfy the requirements of an enhanced check by the Disclosure & Barring Service.
