You willjoin us at an exciting time as we build on the first five years of the 0-25mental health model by further refining our service delivery model through thecreation of a further Medical Secretary role.

We are looking to recruit a part time Team Administrator/Receptionist. The post willbe based at Finch Road Team Birmingham.

Main duties of the job

In your roleyou will ensure that all patients are organised effectively and efficiently sothat patients are seen without clinical risk and within NHS guidelines andtargets. You will need to show excellent organisational and communicationskills as well as the ability to work well in a team to support the service todeliver high quality and timely patient care.

A goodknowledge of IT skills including Outlook and Winscribe are essential, includingknowledge of medical terminology.
