What is the opportunity?

The Reward Team is responsible for pay, benefits and global mobility across the Europe Hub. As well as providing generalist support in the benefits area, this role will focus on assisting with global mobility. The Reward Assistant will be the first point of contact for all visa applications, renewals, and international transfer queries.

Prior global mobility knowledge is not required. They will also support other members of the team on various projects across pay and benefits.

What will the role look like?

  • Administer and work on all global mobility-based requirements, including new visa applications, visa renewals and assistance with international transfers.
  • Provide informed advice to visa applicants on the application process.
  • Coordination of visa renewals in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for reporting to the visa specialist on changes to sponsored employees’ circumstances, such as project location, salary, long term sickness or leaving the business
  • Dealing with everyday Reward queries, including helping to manage the Reward mailbox.
  • Monthly processing of notifications to Payroll, and other administration, regarding enrolment of employees on various benefits.
