We have a vacancy for an accounts administrator to join the accounts team in a very busy finance department at our Garstang head office.

The position involves all aspects of a busy accounts team including sales ledger – raising invoices and credit notes, debt collection; purchase ledger – including inputting purchase invoices, matching purchase orders, reconciliation of statements and preparation of supplier payments. Dealing with customer and supplier queries to resolve any issues.

The accounts office is a very busy hive of activity, and you will be involved in many areas of accounts administration as and when required.

The position requires competent computer skills, an ability to learn and understand our CRM system, solid experience with SAGE, Microsoft Office, good telephone communication skills and an ability to prioritise jobs as they arise.
