Job summary
We are thrilled to share that through significant investment in our community mental health function, we able to offer opportunities to clinicians to dedicate their time working with individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community, 24-hours a day.
Our team encompasses all that is important to KMPT through provision of timely rapid response assessments and home treatment interventions to individuals requiring urgent mental health services. The Rapid response Shift Co-ordinator is an exciting new role working 24/7 receiving calls from Urgent Mental health Helpline and coordinating of Gate-keeping assessments
This is a permanent post which will have responsibility for county wide referrals
We welcome applicants with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health conditions, who are competent and confident .
Main duties of the job
- Co-ordination of referrals from Urgent Mental Health Helpline
- Co-ordination of Gatekeeping assessments
- Effectively communication with Rapid Response Clinicians
- Manage and co-ordinate lone working processes.
- Use of Electronic patient information systems.
You should be able to work shifts including nights, bank holidays and weekends, and be able to undertake physical interventions training in order to support other teams with KMPT.
