The location for this role Swansea and the classification is Hybrid. This entails 3 days collaborating with colleagues in the office, and 2 days working from home each week.

About the job
The Service Transition Analyst supports the end-to-end Service Transition process within the business. Supporting the life cycle this will include scheduling, coordinating, and management of Service Acceptance Reviews across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios. The Service Transition Analyst will work directly with colleagues across IT and Business Change to ensure a joined up approach to Service Transition across the estate.
