SALARY: £50,000+£20,000 bonus

We are looking for hire an experienced Internal Sales Manager to manage, lead and coach a team of inside sales account managers (15), across 2 of our sites (Nottingham and St Albans). This role is all about people management and getting the best out of your sales team.

As Internal Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Setting and tracking sales targets and KPI’s
  • Conducting 1-2-1 sessions with your sales team for development and coaching
  • Coordinating sales projects to meet deadlines
  • Sales analysis, reports and MI (annual / quarterly / monthly sales forecasts)
  • Analysis on customer feedback to drive customer engagement / new features and products
  • Driving the culture our client wants, from within the team
  • Management an overseeing of the Inside AM team, providing coaching, and mentoring to drive performance

About you: Internal Sales Manager-Public Sector Sales team

 

You will have worked within the IT Channel for either and IT Reseller/VAR or IT Distributor selling IT solutions and Services.

 

Sales management and leading is in your blood, you love to work with salespeople of all levels, coaching them, training them, supporting them and leading from the front.

You’ll have worked in a sales team leader or sales management capacity and you will come with a record of success.

You will need to have strong working knowledge of public Sector sales, knowing how this sector operates is key to the success of this position.
