We are seeking an IT Services and Contract Manager to join an internal IT team to manager and deliver a wide range of services to our clients including Supplier Management, Asset Management, Financial Management, Risk and Assurance and a breadth of Service Transition activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall management and day to day responsibility for all IT Contracts, ensuring contracts are renewed, retired and new products/services procured as required. Ensuring this is done on time and to agreed budgets.
  • Management of a team ensuring all team members complete tasks given to them, drive continuous improvement within the team and adding value to the team and department.
  • Promote the team and management of IT products across the company, ensuring the link between Product Owners and IT Suppliers is maintained and value for money is achieved.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and consumers of our IT products and services.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
Essential:
  • Strong Leadership and Commercial skills, with a focus on IT products and services.
  • Contract Management experience.
  • IT knowledge with a focus on Cloud Products and Management of IT suppliers.
  • Ability to interact with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team.
Desirable:
  • Financial Management experience, dealing with suppliers and work within allocated budget.
  • IT qualification or equivalent. ITIL, Agile, Contract Management as examples.
