Are you looking for a new opportunity to work collaboratively to support the delivery of outstanding services for children receiving surgical procedures and their families across the South West?

They will lead on the delivery of a number of projects that form part of the Surgery in Childrens Programme of work which is aimed at reduced unwarranted variation in practice across the South West and ensuring safe, sustainable and high quality childrens surgical services for all children. They will be a key contributor to the SIC ODN education and governance programmes. They will develop productive working relationships and practices across the network, working in partnership with other relevant organisations. They will support the wider network to review and understand national and regional data and business intelligence tools and use data to inform working practice. In return, the post holder will have an unparalleled opportunity to positively influence the care and service provided to children and their families across the region, while benefitting from the support of the core ODN team and wider network.
