The successful applicant will play a key part in the continued success of our Crisis Intervention services, some of which operate 24/7.
These services are there to offer people support when they may be struggling to manage their mental health. We offer space and time to help keep people safe.

Main duties of the job
Thepurpose of this role is to develop, lead and coordinate the successful deliveryof our Crisis Interventions Services. Thiswill be achieved by working closely with an Operations Director andeffectively managing a team of support staff and operational staff.
Our CrisisIntervention services are:
- MentalHealth Advice and Support Line
- CrisisPad (Adults)
- Childrenand Young Peoples Safe Space
- NorthEast Lincolnshire Safe Space
- Police Hub
Key overall responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, supervision,coaching, developing and mentoring of frontline support workers
- Ensure the services you are responsible for meet the needs of the people we support and are contractually compliant.
- Promote and maintain the profile of Hull andEast Yorkshire Mind by talking about our services positively

Hull and East YorkshireMind is well-established voluntary sector organisation working predominantly inHull, the East Riding of Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire.
