Main duties of the job
Organisational Development Consultant – Band 8a
To help us with this journey we are looking for someone to join our expanding and developing HR and OD Directorate into this critical role. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed individual to build their career by joining our friendly Learning and Organisational Development team in the role of Organisational Development Consultant leading on the delivery of our newly launched Leadership Development Programmes. This will include supporting the delivery of any of the modules of the programmes as well as developing a manager induction programme and supporting the wider cultural work across CHS.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing OD practices in a consultancy led way engaging and contracting with individuals as needed. Being the advocate and subject matter expert for all relevant OD practices and leadership and cultural improvement projects this individual will be confident building relationships with all staff and supporting managers to realise the potential of their workforce.
