Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary: £20,140 – £22,438 FTE (£17,235 – £19,201 pa)

Job Type: Permanent, Term Time

Quality Administrator – The Role:

You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative and organisational services to support the Quality and Teaching and Learning Teams, and information and guidance regarding quality matters and act as a point of contact to students, parents/guardians and staff. You will coordinate the College complaint process by acknowledging, logging and allocating complaints for investigation.

Quality Administrator – You:

– You will have experience of providing administrative support to a team where prioritising work is key

– You will have an understanding or previous experience of working with confidential data

– Holding a Level 2 Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential
