Customer Co-Ordinator

£26-28k + OTE bonus
Adecco are currently recruiting for a successful, well known company based in Sutton Coldfield. The company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Co-ordinator to manage and retain their existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, interested in managing their own client base and provide knowledge of the company’s products and service
Duties:
� Managing accounts of up to 25 large key existing clients
� Maintain existing relationships by providing outstanding customer service
� Understand company products and differentiate specific products to certain clients
� Confident in handling orders and communicating with clients
� Calling, emailing and monitoring client spend
The ideal candidate will have:
� Previously worked in a support role- dealing with administration and client contact
� Strong administration skills
� Outstanding customer service- telephone and email queries
� Previous experience of co-ordinating or managing customer accounts
� Sales admin/ order completion experience
� Great attention to detail
� Available ASAP
