Key remits

  • Lead change projects within sustainable investing
  • Organise, facilitate and document key business meetings with stakeholders
  • Work to understand customer requirements as they relate to sustainable investing ensuring these are carried through to development
  • Working closely with the functional teams to understand their requirements
  • Carrying ideas through to completion/future development
  • Analyse the impact of new or existing regulations to a business function
  • Act as Product Owner on projects
  • Ongoing supplier benchmarking and financial/risk assessment reviews;

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Sustainable Investing/Project Manager/ Platform role within an operations environment within the financial Services industry
  • Strong understanding of investing propositions, business process and controls & regulatory change
  • Understanding and awareness of regulations
  • Creative attitude
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-driven, outcome orientated and keen to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office and data analysis applications, including PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt to meet requirements of the team and business stakeholders
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written English with some experience in formal business writing desirable
