The purpose of this role is to oversee the sustainable investing process assisting in the evolution and delivery of sustainable investing roadmap and support the management of new products and services.

Key remits
- Lead change projects within sustainable investing
- Organise, facilitate and document key business meetings with stakeholders
- Work to understand customer requirements as they relate to sustainable investing ensuring these are carried through to development
- Working closely with the functional teams to understand their requirements
- Carrying ideas through to completion/future development
- Analyse the impact of new or existing regulations to a business function
- Act as Product Owner on projects
- Ongoing supplier benchmarking and financial/risk assessment reviews;
Experience
- Proven experience in a Sustainable Investing/Project Manager/ Platform role within an operations environment within the financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of investing propositions, business process and controls & regulatory change
- Understanding and awareness of regulations
- Creative attitude
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure
- Self-driven, outcome orientated and keen to learn
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and data analysis applications, including PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to meet requirements of the team and business stakeholders
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written English with some experience in formal business writing desirable
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
