Job summary
We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients,to join our Pre-operative Assessment Service to cover maternity leave.
You will work as an integral member of the Pre-operative Assessment Service, providing a quality service linked to high standards of patient care.

You will be responsible for the reception of patients and their relatives, coordinating their attendance to the service.
You will provide a point of reference for the service by dealing with queriesfrom staff and patients.
Main duties of the job
You willensure and maintain the organisation and administration of the service.
You will assist the Senior Sister /Charge Nurse in co-ordinating patient flow and maintaining the high standards of the service
The POA Administrator will work to a level commensurate with experience and competence. A degree of responsibility for decision-making will, therefore, fall with the post holder. However, you may require direct supervision in areas of unfamiliar work.
