JOB TITLE: Team Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: £22,000 – £25,000

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm

LOCATION: Aylesford

  • Administrative support for a team of 8 colleagues
  • Raising all incoming orders on the system for the team
  • Updating the existing work records with customer order details
  • Ensuring all job completion reports are logged on the system
  • Submitting invoices to clients
  • Work closely with Account Coordinators and offer support during absence and sickness

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process driven
  • Organised and proactive
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a fast-paced role previously
  • Experience within the Construction / Engineering industry is desired but isn’t essential
