Hardware Replacement Support Officer – Ayr – Contract

Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Hardware Replacement Support Officer to join on a contract basis.

As a Team Member you will provide support to the Hardware Replacement Programme across the business. You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of Desktop Hardware systems by replacing equipment efficiently, ensuring availability of equipment and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • An HND or equivalent experience in computing
  • Experience supporting Desktop Hardware and Software
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products is also essential
