DNA Recruit is working with an International Media and Events business which seeks to employ an experienced, highly organised Event Coordinator to join their London team. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in office and 3 days at home.

Main Responsibilities:

Looking for an Event Coordinator who can deliver the logistics requirements for a portfolio of hybrid conferences, with up to 500 attendees and 30 sponsors per event, globally.

Event tech: management of the virtual event platform Building the platform, uploading of Delegate lists.
Speaker management, working closely with the production team liaising with all speakers, ensuring they are registered on the CRM systems, updating their information (photos, session details, biography etc) on the website (wordpress) and virtual event platform.

Liaise with the marketing team to ensure the conferences website & virtual event platform is always up to date and accurate.

Sponsorship management: working closely with our sponsorship team, responsibility for sponsorship deliverables, and registering of sponsor passes. Working closely with our Sponsorship Team.
Liaise with the venue in the lead up to the event: floorplan, venue function sheet etc

The Person:
The Event Coordinator will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a B2B Conference/Events industry.
