Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for not only ensuring monthly reports are completed on time but will also support the Head of Information and Quality Assurance with data projects and be involved in the development of databases.

You will also support fundraising and clinical colleagues by providing reports on information necessary to fulfil their roles when needed.

Develop and maintain effective databases to support the work of clinical and non-clinical colleagues and assist with clinical meetings where required, duties including booking meeting rooms, sending out supporting documentation and any administrative follow up actions as required

Heart of Kent Hospice, established in 1991, provides exceptional care for people facing the challenge of living with a terminal illness in Maidstone, Aylesford, Tonbridge, Malling and surrounding areas. The Hospice has built an excellent reputation within the local community for the quality of our care which has been further endorsed by the Care Quality Commission who gave the Hospice an overall rating of Outstanding following an inspection in February 2017.

Last year we cared for over 1,700 patients and their families. Our services cost £5 million a year to run, with over £4 million raised through the generosity of our local community.
