CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS (Remote-Nights)

5pm-1am (37hrs p/wk) Mon-Fri

Building/Property sector

£22, p/a+quarterly bonus + remote + laptop + benefits

Duties:

– Taking inbound calls within a fast paced environment in a professional manner (training given)

– Data inputting customer information onto systems

– Allocating engineers within the UK

– Ability to meet KPIs

Note: Training will be 8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri) (minimum 3 weeks)

then transfer onto your weekend hours, based in the office-Leic
