Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a large team of over 90 Chefs, and involved in working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef’s & Head Chef with the day to day running of this large operation.
Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site is divided between over 20 different outlets which can consist of street food, fine dining, bowl food, canapes, cafeteria, events and more.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. You will be given every opportunity to succeed, with career progression being heavily encouraged.
Must hold at least an NVQ2 qualification or equivalent to apply.
