A national leader in comprehensive palliative care now has a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse(RN Adult) to join their specialist inpatient team in Peterborough as a Staff Nurse.

Incorporating practical, emotional and bereavement support alongside pain and symptom management, the diverse MDT offers responsive and inclusive care that puts the person first. With a tightly woven network of inpatient, community, and virtual day services, the unit is able to make a real difference to local people with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones, where and when they need it most.

As a Staff Nurse with the inpatient team, you will deliver clinical and end-of-life care for palliative conditions (such as cancers, heart failure, and chronic respiratory failure) that safely and effectively manages symptoms, supports emotional wellbeing, improves quality of life, and ensures that the patient’s voice is listened to throughout.

This is a permanent role for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult), with full-time and part-time hours available. You will be offered additional pay enhancements for all night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Person specification:

You musthold valid NMC registration as an RN Adult.

Experience within palliative care is not essential as long as you have a passion for the field.
