Morgan Hunt is currently working with a large international charity in search of an interim Acquisition Campaigns Specialist.

The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis, working hybrid with only a few days month from the office. The salary for this post is up to £40,000 p/a.

This role is suitable for a candidate who has previous face to face acquisition experience.

Role : Acquisition Campaigns Specialist

Length : 12 month fixed term

Pay : Up to £40k p/a

Location: Hybrid, approximately once a month from London

Start date: As soon as possible

Key responsibilities of the Interim Acquisition Campaigns Specialist:

  • To plan, brief and coordinate acquisition campaigns, delivering these on time, on brand and to budget.
  • To use a range of metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on campaign results in a variety of formats, including review presentations and results trackers.
  • To develop close working relationships with a number of teams and individuals across the organisation, including Data and Insight, Digital, Supporter Contact and Communications to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and with our Every Supporter Matters policy in mind.
  • To conduct analysis of past campaigns to improve and constantly develop present and future campaigns, ensuring regular reporting of results and key performance indicators.
  • To negotiate with, manage and motivate key agencies and suppliers on a day-to-day level, making recommendations for approval.
  • To develop and manage the campaign budget and campaign activity plan, including planning and reporting.
  • Previous experience of the Interim Acquisition Campaigns Specialist:

  • Experience working on F2F or Out of Home campaigns
  • Experience in training others including agency fundraisers
  • Experience in planning and managing direct marketing campaigns, including Face to Face and/or telemarketing campaigns.
  • Experience of working in a direct marketing or fundraising context
  • Experience of interpreting budgets and effectively monitoring campaigns using a range of direct marketing KPIs.
  • Experience of managing agency relationships on a day-to-day basis.
