The business specialise in improving care in care homes. On a growth trajectory the company is seeking a knowledgeable HR Office to join its growing HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who want to join progressive HR team, you will be providing support to employees and manager as their first point of contact for all general queries.

Duties include:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing staff development procedures.
  • Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
  • YOU:

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • CIPD qualification desirable
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to details
  • On site parking.
