We are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join our friendly, busy recruitment team.
Here at Sherwood Forest we are embracing new approaches to recruitment and would love you to be involved in our future development.You will play a key part in the Trust’s recruitment and selection process by building effective relationships with our appointing managers and providing guidance to colleagues on our recruitment process for all groups of staff. You will attend divisional and other meetings to update, advise and guide recruiting managers, ensuring that Trust policies and procedures are adhered to and best practice is maintained throughout.Critical for us is your enthusiasm, strong IT skills and highly organised approach. Communication is a key part of this role so excellent written and verbal skills will be required alongside a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a recruitment and fast paced role is preferred.
Main duties of the job
You will have experience of working in a busy administrative role within a recruitment environment and will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, and possess strong communication skills to enable effective communication with managers and stakeholders at all levels both within the organisation as well as with external partners to the Trust.
