Property Services Project manager needed in Exeter £29.55ph ref 5223847
This role will cover Devon with sites in Plymouth, Torquay and Exeter.
The candidate will need to be able to drive and have access to their own transport.
You will lead specialist project teams to deliver a customer centric, high quality, value for money,
building and compliance projects. The delivery will be through a mixture of an inhouse workforce and sub-contractors and main contractors and will also use external consultants to assist delivery. You will need to ensure that all works are undertaken in a competent and safe manner with our customers at the centre of everything we do and ensure that SHA meets its commitments, monitors its performance and evidences its delivery relating to all its Regulatory and legislative obligations. All
elements will be managed and controlled within agreed budgets.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
